~Color 3/3
Well chosen colours, verybright and cute.
The colours really match as well, you don't stray away and randomly add blue somewhere.
It makes it very cohesive and a very nice graphic to look at.

~Font 3/3
Great font used, it's clear to read and not too distracting.
The credits and the title are in perfect position.
Very well done with font and colour selection. 

~Image Selection 2.5/3
Good image selection, especially with the different choice in images chosen.
The only thing that really is distracting (although I'm sure other people wouldn't notice)
is the cropping of the images for the girl. The edge looks a bit strange.
But I'm sure that no one else would realy notice such a small detail.
Also, you could sharpen the images of Ikuta because at the moment it looks blurry.

~Overall layout 3/3
Very well laid out, there's not much clutter in the graphic.
Well chosen background and overlay, very cute and valantine-y.
Well done overall.

Extra:
First of all, I am in love with Toma Ikuta. yay for him!
